I am 39 years old, I live in Surrey, England with my 7 year-old son and two cats.
I am certified in Timeline Coaching and Neuro-Linguistic Programming.
I also hold Level 3 in Personal Training and Level 2 in Counselling.
I help people transform their perception of themselves on a deep identity level by opening their hearts, raising awareness and consciousness, embracing their vulnerability, so that they can see who they really are.
My role is to help identify the limiting beliefs and open the client up to their limitless potential on the journey of discovery to meeting the truest and most authentic version of themselves.
It takes a lot of courage, but after the first step the flow of the energy that happens with the intention to evolve is so powerful, scary and exciting.
I invite you on this journey of discovery with me…
My mission is to fulfil the highest, truest expression of myself.
I specialise in helping people who feels stuck in their lives, people who want more from life but for different reasons procrastinate or lack resources both physical and mindset to establish and achieve their goals.
As a coach, I believe that the client has all the resources within themselves to come up with their solutions. I don’t advise or mentor or offer therapy. My role as a coach is to help the client identify their desired outcome and analyse current reality and any obstacles that prevent the client from achieving the desired outcome. Using the right questions, I can help the client identify the existing physical and mindset resources required and help to overcome any obstacles.
I use interventions like timeline and neuro-linguistic programming to break down limiting beliefs, release negative and useless emotions stemming from a single root-cause event, like anger, fear, shame, guilt and regret that may be preventing the client from achieving their goal.
I also use timeline technique to prepare the client for future important events like interviews, social, family and events, court hearings, relationship discussions, presentations among a few that cause the client to experience negative emotions.
I use NLP to establish change on a deep personality level if a client wants to bust an old habit that is destructive and acquire a new habit instead of an old one like to stop eating chocolate biscuits every time the kettle goes on or biting nails when becoming anxious.
NLP also works great for decreasing and eliminating fears and phobias, like fears of spiders etc..
I use The Perceptual Positions Process to help with relationship issues from a truly powerful gestalt coaching. Its outcome is to help the client to explore the situation or relationship from multiple perspectives, thereby bringing a more positive perspective and even clarity for future action and/or behaviour.
Sometimes clients don’t know exactly what they want but know that their life needs improving and this is where a Value centric coaching works well as I get the client to focus on a few areas of their lifes that they want to explore like finances, family, career/work, relationships, health and well-being, and personal and spiritual growth.
Enabling the client to establish their values- what we get emotionally from that is important to us is really important for happiness and achieving balance between all areas of our lives.
Values- are prime drivers in our lives, we all are seeking to achieve our values. One of the biggest sources of disease, unhappiness and stress is where people are not achieving their values, or where people are asked to do things that are incongruent with their values. I help clients identify those values in each areas of their lives and help them create paths and behaviours to achieve those values.
I also use anchoring techniques to install desired and resourceful state which is vital for learning and increasing positive states like motivation and confidence.
I work in a very structured and solution focused way which means I don’t focus on the problem, but instead focus on what needs to change in order to achieve the desired outcome or behaviour. I hold myself and my clients accountable for the actions and expect the client to follow through on their action plan. I agree realistic support that the client needs from me and agree any future sessions required.
Everyone lives in their unique model of their world. We do not react to reality but rather to our perception of the reality after we filter it through our unconscious mind that deletes, generalises and distorts. This is our internal representation system which triggers in us a specific ‘state’ which is our psychological response and that, in turn, drives our external response. NLP works great as it confuses the mind and in turn the mind will choose the desired behaviour instead of the old habit.
All behaviour is belief driven and if you fight for your limitations, you get to keep them.
